All of the components that make up a gas fireplace require annual inspection, testing, adjusting, & cleaning in accordance with manufacturer specifications. This will ensure the unit  operates safely and efficiently.

We service Napoleon, FMI, Superior, Town & Country, Majestic, Kingsman and Heat N Glow

Annual Fireplace clean and service consists of:

• Clean and check residue on logs and burner if applicable

• Clean and check blower system if applicable

• Clean and test thermopile, thermocouple, and pilot assembly

• Inspect door gaskets

• Check flame characteristics

• Clean face and interior (paint touch up, if necessary)

• Clean Glass

• Check Valves

• Check ignition and switches (thermostat or wall switch)

 $100 + GST per fireplace,  additonal repairs & parts extra
