It's -30 outside and unfortunately our fireplace stopped working. I called Jeff to see if he could have someone come out before Tuesday because of the long weekend. He tried to see if or someone else could he come today but offered to come tomorrow. I couldnt believe he offered to come tomorrow, a Sunday of a long weekend nevertheless. He asked that I send some pictures so he could ensure he had parts. He called me back and was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. Luckily it was a quick fix for us and he spent about half hour walking me through it. I am in awe of the customer service and frankly the selflessness of this man. The knowledge someone has to have to be able to diagnose over the phone is incomprehensible. The kindness that was shown to us today only inspires to do more and pass it on. CSI fireplace is the place to go for all of your Fireplace services. Happy New Year! I will start mine with gratitude

Jeff came by today ( It's -25 � ) and cleaned our two fireplaces. Wowza, what a difference. We love it. He also added a fan for better heat distribution. Would recommend Jeff to everybody. Thank you !

Jeff came by today to replace a seized fan in my gas fireplace. It's now running better than i knew it could, and looking great too. He cleaned, serviced, and even touched up the paint inside. Very quick, reasonably priced, great guy, and I'd recommend his business to anyone who needs help with their gas fire place!
